The contested border poster was a class project we completed in the spring of 2011.  Our team consisted of Adam Myhan, myself, Lydia Canniff, and Martha Lopez.  Our border focus was on the migration from North Africa to Italy through a little island in the Mediterranean, named Lampedusa.  If you click on the firs link listed below you can experience all the contested borders our class covered around the world.  If you click the second link you will see our slide show presentation of the contested border between North Africa and Italy.  Enjoy!
